Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical ProjectProgram Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional execution of Robotics New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from concept through mass production. The TPM will drive program planning, engineering execution, validation, manufacturing readiness, supplier engagement, and launch activities across hardware, firmware, software, AIML, mechanical, electrical, reliability, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities-
* To Lead NPI product development programs from concept, architecture, schematic capture, PCB layout, verification, validation, EMC compliance, manufacturing transfer, Mass Production Release.
* To work with different teams contributing to program including Hardware, Firmware, Embedded Software, PCB Design, and Production Test engineering teams.
* To Conduct architecture reviews, schematic reviews, PCB layout reviews, and design reviews while mentoring engineers across multiple technical disciplines.
* To Lead mechanical and electrical and bring-up.
* Manage project schedules, staffing plans, Vendor selection, component approvals, and technical risk across multiple projects.
* To lead hardware programs through ODMCM ecosystems
* To accelerate manufacturing line bring-up and resolve technical issues by following up with ODMs during new product introduction.
