Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of innovative cryptocurrency and blockchain-based products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems, digital assets, DeFi protocols, tokenomics, wallets, exchanges, and blockchain infrastructure. This role will work closely with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Marketing, and Business teams to deliver scalable crypto products that drive user adoption and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for crypto products and services.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, discovery, and requirements gathering to launch and optimization.
Collaborate with engineering teams to develop blockchain-based solutions, smart contract integrations, wallets, staking platforms, tokenization solutions, and DeFi products.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to identify opportunities and product enhancements.
Translate business requirements into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize product backlog and manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics, and user feedback to drive continuous improvements.
Work closely with Compliance, Risk, and Security teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and security standards.
Coordinate go-to-market activities with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Stay current on blockchain technologies, crypto market trends, token economics, and regulatory developments.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
5+ years of Product Management experience.
2+ years of experience in Crypto, Blockchain, Web3, DeFi, Digital Assets, or FinTech.
Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, smart contracts, wallets, exchanges, staking, and tokenomics.
Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and product analytics tools.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Avalanche, or Layer-2 ecosystems.
Understanding of DeFi protocols, NFTs, DAOs, and on-chain analytics.
Familiarity with smart contract development and blockchain APIs.
MBA or relevant blockchain certifications are a plus.
