Utilize statistical modeling and data analytics to enhance forecast accuracy and feed robust S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) cycles.
- Ariba Supplier Collaboration & Sourcing Strategy: Drive the optimization and adoption of the Ariba Supplier Network Collaboration platform. Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives that leverage Ariba to enhance visibility, streamline procurement, manage vendor performance, and foster deeper collaboration with key global suppliers (including those in Asia and North America).
- Process Mapping and Continuous Improvement: Map current state supply chain planning and sourcing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design future state optimized processes. Lead cross-functional workshops to standardize best practices and ensure seamless execution.
- Stakeholder Management & Executive Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between functional teams (Logistics, Manufacturing, Procurement) and C-suite executives. Develop and deliver clear, data-driven presentations that translate complex supply chain challenges into actionable business strategies and performance metrics.
- Contract-to-Hire Transition: Successfully deliver key projects within the initial contract phase, demonstrating leadership capabilities and strategic alignment necessary for a seamless transition into a permanent leadership role within the organization.

- Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, Planning, Sourcing, or Procurement, ideally within a consumer goods (CPG), retail, or complex manufacturing environment.
- Technical Expertise:
- Mandatory: In-depth, hands-on experience implementing, managing, or optimizing Ariba Supplier Collaboration modules and sourcing events.
- Strong proficiency with major ERP and Planning systems (e.g., SAP, JDA/Manugistics).
- Process Skills: Demonstrable expertise in process mapping methodologies, business process re-engineering, and leading continuous improvement projects (Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, strong grasp of integrated demand planning principles, proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, and high comfort level presenting to executive leadership.
