HOURS: Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis, MN, or 3500 Blake St, Denver, Colorado 8025 (Hybrid Position ) (Relocation also acceptable)
LOCATION: On-site attendance expected for workshops (typically Tuesday Thursday)
Hybrid work model: primary locations in Minnesota and Colorado (Denver/T3 building).

Requirements:
SAP S/4HANA experience

SAP FICA module expertise

Utility industry experience

Experience with at least two SAP implementations (Greenfield or Brownfield)

Billing and invoicing process configuration in SAP

Strong collaboration in a multi-vendor environment

Effective communication and problem-solving skills

14+ years of relevant SAP implementation experience, with at least two implementations

Hands-on project experience preferred over sustainment work

Experience working both client-side and with system integrators

Preferred Requirements:
ABAP development experience

SAP Activate or FICA module certifications (preferred)

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a contractor with subject matter expertise in SAP S/4HANA, specifically the FICA module, to support a Greenfield SAP implementation. The consultant will:
Review and provide recommendations on key design artifacts, technical artifacts, and business process designs.
Support configuration of billing and invoicing processes.
Help standardize and redesign processes to align with SAP best practices.
This role functions as an individual contributor and does not include people management responsibilities.

Typical Day:
Attend daily stand-up meetings and participate in workshops (on-site as required).

Complete follow-up work, reviews, and deliverables from workshops remotely.

Collaborate closely with internal business counterparts and system integrators.

Provide SAP-related support as the team progresses through implementation phases.
