We are seeking a highly experienced to oversee Commercial Construction Manager.


Job Summary:

A well-established commercial construction company is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects ranging from $1M $10M+. With over 25 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, the company is committed to delivering exceptional project planning, execution, and client communication to build long-term relationships and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage construction projects from initiation through substantial completion.
  • Develop and implement best practices, standards, processes, and systems.
  • Coordinate and manage architects, superintendents, owners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure projects are completed according to specifications, budget, and schedule.
  • Collaborate on long-term business planning and strategic goals.
  • Provide overall administrative and technical leadership for multiple construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
  • Obtain and manage required permits for projects.
  • Oversee project closeout activities including punch lists, warranties, manuals, and as-built drawings.
  • Implement and maintain jobsite safety policies, OSHA compliance, and record-keeping procedures.
  • Lead productivity improvement initiatives and ensure timely work completion.
  • Conduct progress meetings with project stakeholders to maintain schedule and budget alignment.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Deliver strong results in fast-paced and challenging environments.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $175K $200K based on experience
