• Overall 15+ years’ experience in implementing MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Field Service applications, must have experience of at least 5 end to end implementations as an architect.
• 10+ years of experience in F&O (Finance module) and CE/CRM (Field Service) implementations as a functional consultant
• Strong Consulting experience/background to drive discovery and assessments
• Drive solution shaping, including requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, estimations, solution design and delivery
• Experience of acting as a trusted advisor to business and executive stakeholders, aligning solutions to business goals and driving decision-making
• Extensive knowledge in architecting, designing, implementing, upgrading and integrating business solutions built with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Ability to explain complex technical details clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering understanding and collaboration.
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CE and F&O design and development specifically in technologies, including customization and configuration, C#, ASP.NET,X++,  Javascript, SQL, SSRS, etc.
• Hands-on experience in integrations using - Azure Functions & Logic Apps, PowerApps and WebAPI as well as via middleware.
• Strong experience in data migration/integration using – SSIS, PowerQuery, KingsWaySoft, etc.
• Must have working experience on Power Platform – Canvas Apps, Automate and Portals Also have understanding on PowerApps governance, DLP policies
• Experience with web development technologies used with the XRM platform such as ReactJS, JSON, WCF,  oData, jQuery will be preferred
• Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable in leasing with stakeholders at all levels
