The ideal candidate will define and execute Automation Strategies, lead Self-Healing / Toil Reduction / Observability programs, and guide both onsite and offshore teams.

* 12+ years of experience leading Automation / SRE teams
* Strong Banking / BFSI domain experience (Mandatory)
* Consulting background within BFSI
* Experience presenting Automation strategies to CIOs / Enterprise LOB leaders
* Expertise in defining Automation Roadmaps across enterprise applications
* Leadership experience managing onsite + offshore teams
