Summary

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead – Guidewire ClaimCenter to support and lead insurance claims implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical knowledge of Guidewire ClaimCenter, hands-on experience across the end-to-end claims lifecycle, and the ability to lead teams while working independently.

Mandatory Skills

Guidewire ClaimCenter
Guidewire Associate Certification
Cloud APD

Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end claims lifecycle including Segmentation, Exposure, Reserves, Payments, Recovery, Subrogation, and Salvage
Perform integration testing with external systems
Lead and mentor team members; provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Work independently with minimal supervision
Follow Agile methodologies, including Agile testing practices
Manage testing and bug/defect lifecycle

Domain Experience

Insurance domain experience required
Experience with Personal Auto, Commercial Auto, or Property Lines of Business
Experience with ClaimCenter Digital applications is a plus
Knowledge of Guidewire GT UI is an added advantage
