Duration: 4 months with possibility of extension

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid - 3 days remote with 2 days (Thurs & Fri) required to be onsite)

About the job

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our Administrative Applications Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining automation and document intelligence solutions that transform large, complex data sources. This position focuses on utilizing robotics and document processing technologies to automate business processes and convert large multi-page documents into structured, actionable intake artifacts.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automation and document intelligence solutions using tools like Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate, and Azure.

Convert large multi-hundred-page PDFs and data packages into structured, navigable, and actionable intake artifacts.

Perform advanced developer duties including solution design, document ingestion and analysis, search enablement, and infrastructure support.

Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and analyzing systems flow, data usage, and work processes.

Collaborate across Agile teams using Kanban or Scrum to drive continuous improvement and ensure successful project delivery.

Minimum qualifications

8 years of hands-on experience with RPA development, including at least 4 years specifically using Blue Prism for attended and unattended bots interacting with websites.

8 years of experience integrating RPA with APIs and databases, including RESTful web services and SQL databases.

8 years of experience developing reports and documents based on structured and unstructured data.

8 years of experience building analytics based on structured and unstructured data.

Preferred qualifications

4 years of experience with Azure infrastructure, including advanced troubleshooting capabilities.

4 years of experience with Power Automate development, including Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows.

4 years of proficiency in the Java programming language.

4 years of experience working with Power BI and SQL.

4 years of experience utilizing Azure AI and Cognitive Search.

Active Blue Prism Certification.

Active Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certification.
