Role Summary
This position is a senior-level management consulting role focused on advisory services and organizational transformation. The Managing Consultant will lead complex client projects, providing strategic guidance and facilitating change initiatives. The role requires demonstrated leadership capabilities, with opportunities for future organizational leadership growth within the firm. The position offers a blend of hands-on consulting, stakeholder engagement, and team supervision, typically working in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage comprehensive advisory and management consulting projects, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Collaborate with client executives to diagnose business challenges and develop strategic roadmaps for operational and growth improvements.
- Facilitate workshops, strategic planning sessions, and executive discussions to align expectations and foster consensus.
- Supervise, mentor, and coach small consulting teams, ensuring high-quality outputs and professional development.
- Apply structured frameworks and best practices across IT strategy, digital transformation, operating model design, and organizational change initiatives.
- Develop clear, compelling recommendations that translate complex technical ideas into understandable insights for diverse audiences.
- Monitor and manage project risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs proactively in coordination with clients and team members.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, maintaining transparency and trust throughout project lifecycles.
- Support business development efforts by contributing to proposal development and client presentations.
- Maintain a focus on personal growth and contribute to organizational leadership efforts, with an eye toward future advancement.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of professional experience in management consulting, advisory services, or organizational leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading client projects from initiation through delivery, with a record of successful outcomes.
- Exceptional facilitation, communication, and executive presence skills capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Hands-on experience with strategy formulation, change management, and program leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address ambiguous challenges and guide teams toward innovative solutions.
- Ability to work effectively across technical and business functions, fostering collaboration and alignment.
- Bachelor''s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; professional experience considered in lieu of degree.

- Proficiency in project management, workshop facilitation, and client relationship management.
Publishing Pay Range: $68.00 - $72.00 Hourly
This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between working remotely and onsite at the office.
