Job Title: Healthcare Enterprise Applications - IT Analyst
Position Type: Contract

Compensation: $50- $55/ hour
ABOUT OUR CLIENT / ABOUT THIS ROLE
Medix is currently seeking a Healthcare Enterprise Applications Analyst for a long-term contact opportunity with one of our Health System clients (14+ hospitals, 12,000+ employees). This individual will be joining a team, and will be working a specialized role to support the day to day operations for Allscripts RCM and UKG - spanning Finance, Supply Chain and HR/Workforce aspects of the health system. We are seeking individuals who have experience with operational / production support of Healthcare ERP Platforms, with specialized knowledge of and hands-on experience with Allscripts (Veradigm) and UkG.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing daily operational maintenance and support for several Enterprise Healthcare Applications - including Allscripts (Veradigm) Revenue Cycle Management, Allscripts Supply Chain and UKG (HR /Payroll/ Workforce)
- Serving as a product specialist for Allscripts/Veradigm and UKG (must have prior product support experience)
- Investigating and troubleshooting day to day operational issues with the systems
- Fielding and working through incident tickets in ServiceNow
- Performing basic system configurations and development tasks during lulls in incident volume.
- Proactively communicating with business stakeholders, providing exceptional service and support to the broader organization.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Required 5-7 years experience
- Healthcare Industry Background Required (Hospitals / Health Systems)
- Must have prior support-level experience with Allscripts / Veradigm RCM - Financial or Supply Chain modules required.
- Must have exposure to UKG for HR and Workforce Management
- Strong professional focus in supporting Healthcare Financial, HR, or Supply Chain applications.
- Experience in managing ERP tickets in ServiceNow
