Program Overview

Selected candidates will join NextGen IT Labs as Full-Time W2 Employees and participate in a three-phase career development program:

Phase 1 – Industry-Focused Technical Training

Comprehensive instructor-led training covering:

• Python Programming

• Deep Learning
• Generative AI
• Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Data Analytics & Visualization
• MLOps & Model Deployment
• AI Application Development
• Real-World AI Project Implementation

Training includes:

• Hands-on assignments
• Practical capstone projects
• Technical mentorship
• Code reviews
• Continuous performance evaluations

Phase 2 – Paid Internship Experience

Upon successful completion of training, candidates will:

• Work on real-world business and AI/ML projects
• Gain exposure to enterprise development environments
• Enhance technical and professional communication skills
• Build industry-relevant project experience
• Receive an internship stipend during the internship phase

Phase 3 – Client Deployment & Career Advancement
