Seeking an experienced Horizontal Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Distribution Center (DC) capabilities delivered through a large-scale Oracle ERP implementation.

This role will serve as the critical bridge between Distribution Center Operations, Supply Chain, Technology, and ERP delivery teams. The ideal candidate combines strong Product Management expertise with hands-on knowledge of warehouse operations, ERP-enabled supply chain processes, and stakeholder alignment across multiple business units.

The Product Manager will play a key role in supporting a major Oracle ERP Supply Sync initiative, ensuring distribution center capabilities are standardized, scalable, and aligned with enterprise operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Distribution Center-facing ERP capabilities

• Align product initiatives with enterprise supply chain and operational objectives

• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and operational performance

Stakeholder Management

• Partner closely with Distribution Center Operations leaders and Supply Chain stakeholders

• Facilitate alignment across competing priorities and business interests

• Drive consensus among multiple business units and functional teams
