Job Description
We are looking for an experienced PL/SQL Developer to design, develop, and support Oracle database applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, complex SQL queries, and database performance tuning for enterprise-level systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and analysis.
Perform performance tuning, query optimization, and indexing.
Work closely with application and business teams to gather and implement requirements.
Support data migration, batch jobs, and ETL processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve production database issues.
Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.
Expertise in SQL, stored procedures, cursors, and triggers.
Experience with Oracle 11g/12c/19c databases.
Knowledge of database design and data modeling.
Experience with Unix/Linux and shell scripting.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in banking, finance, or government projects.
Exposure to ETL tools (Informatica, DataStage, ODI).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
