Pay Range: $60 - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities;
- Develop and maintain production-grade Python applications focused on Machine Learning and NLP use cases.
- Build end-to-end ML/NLP pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Implement NLP components such as tokenization, embeddings, classification models, and custom text-processing workflows.
- Work with at least one deep learning framework — PyTorch (preferred) or TensorFlow — to build, experiment, and optimize deep learning models.
- Convert prototype notebooks into clean, modular, and maintainable Python code for production environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize models for scalability, performance, and real-world reliability.
