Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Business Analyst with 13+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business needs are translated into effective solutions that drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, project managers, and development teams to define project scope and objectives.
• Conduct gap analysis, business process modeling, and workflow optimization.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Lead requirement elicitation sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Analyze complex business problems and recommend technology-driven solutions.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Support change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Mentor junior business analysts and provide guidance on best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 13+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies.
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, Lucidchart, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, wireframes, and process maps.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, PMP, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications.
• Experience in digital transformation, cloud migration, and enterprise application projects.
• Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, reporting tools, and BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, Banking, Healthcare, Retail, Insurance, or Financial Services domains.
