Key Role Information
Our client is seeking motivated IT Interns to support various functions within their Information Technology department. This internship provides hands-on exposure to enterprise IT operations, cybersecurity, technical support, AI-driven workflow automation, and technical training initiatives.
The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field and is eager to gain real-world experience in a professional environment.
This opportunity offers valuable exposure to enterprise systems, operational workflows, emerging technologies, and cross-functional collaboration while working alongside experienced IT professionals.
Responsibilities
Service Desk & AV Support
Assist with day-to-day service desk operations
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Support conference room technology and AV systems
Help resolve end-user technical requests
Assist with IT equipment setup and maintenance
Solutions & Automation
Support AI prompting and workflow experimentation
Assist teams in utilizing generative AI tools effectively
Help document processes and automation initiatives
Support implementation of security and confidentiality best practices
Participate in workflow improvement projects
Cybersecurity
Assist with security alert monitoring
Support incident response activities
Perform verification and validation tasks
Help maintain cybersecurity documentation
Participate in security awareness initiatives
Technical Training & Learning
Assist with digital learning projects
Help create training materials and documentation
Support development of internal learning resources
Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a college or university degree program
Interest in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, AI, or Technical Support
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills
Strong attention to detail
