Lead Product Manager - Data Strategy & Transformation

Seeking a senior-level Product Manager to help shape and drive enterprise data strategy, governance, and transformation initiatives. This role will operate across business and technology organizations, establishing product direction, driving strategic programs, and helping build a centralized data capability.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, vision, roadmaps, and priorities for enterprise data initiatives.


• Lead large-scale data, analytics, governance, and transformation programs.


• Partner with senior business and technology leaders to identify priorities and align initiatives with organizational goals.


• Develop and implement data governance and operating models.


• Drive cross-functional alignment across data, analytics, engineering, governance, and business teams.


• Lead organizational change and adoption related to new data capabilities, processes, and ways of working.


• Manage complex dependencies, competing priorities, risks, and stakeholder expectations.


• Establish success metrics and measure business impact and adoption.


• Influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions across teams without relying on direct authority.

Must Haves

• 8+ years of Product Management, Data Strategy, Data Transformation, or related experience.


• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise data, analytics, or data governance initiatives.


• Strong product strategy, roadmap development, and prioritization experience.


• Experience with enterprise transformation and organizational change.


• Strong understanding of data governance, data management, and analytics operating models.


• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology teams.


• Exceptional executive-level communication and stakeholder-management skills.


• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across multiple organizations.

Preferred

• Experience helping establish or mature a centralized enterprise data organization.


• Experience within a large, complex enterprise environment.
