Project Manager

Description

Robert Half is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to support the end-to-end development of packaging projects. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the creative production process from concept through final production. You will ensure projects move efficiently through timelines, maintain quality standards, and keep all stakeholders aligned.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong understanding of packaging production, and can successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee projects from concept through production, ensuring alignment between creative, project management, and production teams.

Manage workflows and timelines through project management systems such as Esko and Asana.

Serve as the key liaison between Creative, Project Management, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.

Coordinate and manage internal and external vendor proofing processes and communications.

Attend and contribute to project review meetings, providing clear status updates and identifying potential risks or delays.

Maintain a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

Track project progress, budgets, and timelines while proactively solving challenges that may arise.

Ensure packaging, displays, and P.O.P. materials meet pre- and post-production requirements.

Deliver concise, actionable project updates to cross-functional teams and leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.

3-5 years of project management experience, preferably within a CPG, food & beverage, or beauty company.

Strong understanding of the creative production process for packaging, displays, and related materials..

Experience working with project management tools such as Esko or Asana.

Experience coordinating internal teams and external vendors throughout the production process.

Knowledge of package design and P.O.P. production requirements.

Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across diverse teams.

Flexible, proactive, and able to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
