About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Consultant to support a leading bank that has implemented the full suite of nCino integrated with Salesforce. This role will focus on delivering enhancements, managing change, and ensuring optimal utilization of the platform. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as a liaison between business teams, technical teams, and vendors to ensure successful delivery of enhancements and system changes.
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for nCino and Salesforce-related projects.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and system optimization opportunities.
* Support configuration, testing, and deployment of new features and enhancements.
* Manage change requests and ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Provide subject matter expertise on Salesforce and nCino functionalities.
* Assist in troubleshooting issues and coordinating resolution with vendors.
* Prepare and maintain documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.

Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in financial services.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM; experience with nCino is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with banking processes such as lending, credit, and account management.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.

Preferred Profile
* Candidates with Salesforce implementation experience in financial services will be considered if they lack direct nCino experience.
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in banking is advantageous.

* Technical: Salesforce CRM (must-have), nCino (nice-to-have)
* Industry: Banking / Financial Services
Experience:
* 5+ years in Business Analysis or Consulting roles within financial services.
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementations; exposure to nCino highly preferred.
* Familiarity with banking processes (commercial lending, credit, treasury).
Soft Skills:
* Strong communication and facilitation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.
* Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
