Solution Development (60%): Develop and document Power Apps (Canvas/Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse solutions. Implement best practices for naming conventions, environment strategies, and security.

Mentorship (20%): Guide and train internal staff on solution design, governance standards, and technical consultation for the Power Platform/D365 stack.

Business Collaboration (10%): Work with stakeholders to document requirements, create operational support manuals, user guides, and workflow diagrams.

Environment Administration (10%): Coordinate with agency partners to manage D365 environments, ensuring applications are performant, secure, and properly backed up.

Power Platform Expert: 5+ years of experience with Power Apps (Canvas/Model), Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power Pages.

D365 Specialist: 3+ years specifically within the D365 Customer Service Module.

Security & Architecture: 3+ years of experience with role-based security, solution management (managed/unmanaged), and SharePoint Online architecture.

Technical Customization: 3+ years of experience with data modeling, Azure functions, API integration, and custom connectors.

Front-End & UI: 2+ years of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for UI customizations and experience with WCAG/Section 508 compliance.
