Workday Prism Analytics Consultant - Remote
Mandatory Skills & Experience
10 20 years of overall IT/ERP/Data & Analytics experience, with strong Workday experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Prism Analytics.
Strong experience with Prism data ingestion, datasets, derived datasets, data transformation, and publishing.Strong expertise in Workday Reporting and Analytics, including custom reports and dashboards.
Strong understanding of Workday HCM and/or Financial Management data models and business processes.
Experience combining Workday and external data sources for analytics and reporting.
Strong understanding of data modeling, data transformation, data quality, and data reconciliation.
Good understanding of Workday security as it relates to reporting and analytics.
Experience designing enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead solution design discussions and guide technical teams.
