Senior Java Developer / Python AI Platform Engineer
Location: Pasadena, CA Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- 14+ years of strong backend software development experience.
- Expert in Java 17/21, Python, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems.
- Build high-throughput, low-latency data pipelines using Apache Kafka.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM, and Secrets Manager.
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Develop AI-powered applications using LLMs, AI Agents, or Generative AI.
- Experience with Databricks or cloud data platforms is a plus.
- Strong understanding of unit/integration testing and SDLC.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be available to work 3 days/week from the Pasadena office.
