Requirement:
Seeking an experienced AI Quality Engineering Lead with 8+ years of Quality/Software Engineering experience and 3+ years in AI/ML, GenAI, or Agentic AI.


Required Skills:

  • Python, FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph
  • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Multi-Agent Systems
  • AI-powered test automation and reusable QA frameworks
  • Test data generation, test case acceleration, and defect prediction
  • API-first architecture, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes
  • CI/CD integration
  • Responsible AI, Human-in-the-Loop controls, model evaluation, and AI observability
  • Azure AI, Azure AI Search, or OpenAI platforms


Requirements:

  • 8+ years of Quality/Software Engineering experience
  • 3+ years of AI/ML, GenAI, or Agentic AI experience
