Senior Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Business Analyst to lead complex technical analysis initiatives, bridge business and engineering teams, and drive scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions. The role requires deep technical understanding, enterprise integration expertise, and strong stakeholder leadership.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Technical & Systems Analysis

• Lead technical requirement gathering and system analysis
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and solution designs
• Define system architectures, data models, and integration frameworks
• Perform API analysis, system interface mapping, and data flow design

🔹 Solution Architecture Support

• Partner with architects and engineering teams on solution design
• Support microservices, cloud, and enterprise architecture initiatives
• Contribute to platform modernisation and legacy transformation

🔹 Agile & Delivery Leadership

• Drive backlog grooming, sprint planning, and technical story writing
• Define acceptance criteria and technical validation standards
• Support DevOps pipelines and CI/CD processes

🔹 Governance & Quality

• Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards
• Lead UAT, SIT, and production readiness activities
• Govern change management and release processes

🔹 Stakeholder & Program Management

• Work with product owners, CTOs, architects, and business leaders
• Manage cross-functional technical stakeholders
• Support enterprise programs and large-scale transformations

🔹 Data, Integration & Platforms

• Define data architecture and integration patterns
• Lead ETL, API gateway, and middleware analysis
• Support analytics, AI, and data platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in Technical Business Analysis or Systems Analysis
• Strong experience in enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and integrations
• Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, SAFe, and DevOps
• Proven experience in complex system transformation projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, TOGAF, SAFe
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
