Business group: US Treasury – Liquidity and Analytics
We are seeking a contractor to provide hands-on execution support of FR2052a production. The role will help ensure data used for regulatory reporting is well-controlled, traceable end-to-end, and supported by clear documentation and governance.
The successful candidate will take on a lead role, managing the other BAs on the team.
Project:
Primary FR 2052a deliverable: Adhere to governance model and document controls across technology, maker/checkers and report owners (e.g., ownership, attestations, issues, change management).

Typical Day in Role:
-Run the FR 2052a production process:
-source-to-report mappings, key calculations, material assumptions
-write BRDs for technology
-ensure version control and audit-ready evidence
-Partner with data owners, SMEs, and technology teams to generate accurate and timely reporting and map processes to governance and controls (controls inventory, control descriptions, testing artifacts, issue management)
-working with Technology, Treasury, Finance, Risk, and Data Management teams to investigate data issues and implement sustainable solutions.
-Manage successful submission of daily 2052a by other team members
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in Treasury, Liquidity Risk Management, Regulatory Reporting, or Finance within a banking environment.
- Direct hands-on experience producing and managing the FR2052a Complex Institution Liquidity Monitoring Report, preferably in a daily T+2 reporting environment (Strong understanding of FR2052a instructions, reporting schedules, data sourcing, regulatory interpretations, and governance requirements.)
- 5+ years of recent experience executing end-to-end report production, including data validation, reconciliations, exception management, issue resolution, and regulatory submission support.
- Experience documenting business requirements and process improvements through Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, and data mapping documentation.
- Demonstrated experience leading and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test script development, defect management, and validation of regulatory reporting enhancements.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, data analysis, reconciliations, pivot tables, and large dataset manipulation.
- 5+ years of experience in a lead role, managing the successful execution of tasks assigned
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Experience supporting other regulatory liquidity reports (LCR, NSFR, FR Y-15, 6G FR2052a, Resolution Planning, Reg YY reporting).
- Ability to analyze and assess new products, business initiatives, and transactions to determine appropriate FR2052a reporting treatment and data requirements.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and balance sheet activities, including deposits, loans, secured funding, derivatives, prime brokerage, securities financing transactions, and capital markets products.
- Familiarity with SQL, data warehouses, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and reporting automation initiatives.
- Experience supporting regulatory examinations, internal audits, or remediation programs.

Education & Certificates:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Preferred: CPA, CFA, FRM, PMP, CBAP, or data governance/control certifications (e.g., CDMP) or equivalent practical experience.
Best VS. Average Candidate:
- The ideal candidate will have recent deep, hands-on FR2052a production experience and be viewed as a subject matter expert on liquidity reporting. They will proactively identify reporting risks, investigate data issues to root cause, translate regulatory requirements into clear business requirements, and partner effectively with technology teams to deliver sustainable solutions.
- They will possess strong capital markets product knowledge and confidently assess the regulatory reporting impact of new products, transactions, and business initiatives while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and control.
Interview and Selection Process
2 rounds
1st – Associate Directors – 30 mins – MS Teams Video (behavioural/situational questions)
2nd – panel (2 Directors) + HM – 1 hr (30 mins Panel, 30 mins with HM) – in-person
In-person IV will be held at 250 Vesey St.
Candidates will meet in lobby and interviewer will escort them to IV room
