M9 Solutions is seeking a
DevOps Engineer to work on-site in support of a government contract for a client located in Chantilly, VA or Colorado Springs, CO. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.
Responsibilities - Mid/senior-level DevOps engineers to support the client's DevOps team.
Required Skills and Qualifications - 6 - 10 years of experience.
- Experience with automating cloud native technologies, deploying applications, and provisioning critical infrastructure.
- Experience with microservices and distributed application architecture, such as containers, Kubernetes, and/or serverless technology.
- Experience working within the OpenStack cloud ecosystem to configure and deploy optimized infrastructure.
- Experience in monitoring and the health of the resources deployed via Nagios or other enterprise management solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex/automated configuration and deployment processes.
- Specific tool expertise required:
- Linux tools/automation and shell scripting
- Python
- AWS
- OpenStack Management
- Docker containerization and K8s orchestration
- CI/CD with Jenkins or GitLab
