Power Platform Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Orlando, FL that is seeking a Power Platform Developer to support the design, development, and enhancement of a centralized business reporting platform. This role will focus on consolidating and transforming data from Salesforce and Excel-based sources into a user-friendly dashboard environment that supports Supply Chain, Management, and R&D teams.

Key Duties:
Dashboard Development & Reporting:
* Design, develop, and maintain centralized Power BI dashboards that integrate data from multiple sources, including Salesforce and Excel
* Create interactive reports and visualizations tailored to different stakeholder groups, including Supply Chain, Management, and R&D teams
* Develop automated reporting capabilities and data exports to support business decision-making
* Ensure dashboards are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.

Power Apps Development:
* Design and build custom Power Apps solutions that enable end users to manually enter, update, and manage project-related information
* Develop user-friendly forms and interfaces that reduce reliance on offline Excel spreadsheets
* Create workflows that streamline data collection, validation, and reporting processes

Stakeholder Collaboration:
* Gather requirements from business leaders and end users to translate needs into technical solutions
* Provide recommendations on dashboard enhancements, usability improvements, and reporting best practices
* Deliver training and documentation to support adoption of developed tools and reporting platforms

Governance & Support:
* Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards
* Troubleshoot reporting, data, and application issues as they arise
* Support ongoing enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Power Apps
* Strong experience designing dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions
* Experience integrating and transforming data from multiple sources, including Excel, databases, and cloud applications
* Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem
* Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
* Experience working directly with business stakeholders across multiple functions
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Experience creating intuitive user experiences and business-focused applications

Preferred Qualifications:
* Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, Power BI Data Analyst Associate, or equivalent certifications
* Experience working within manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, energy, or industrial environments
* Familiarity with Salesforce data structures and reporting concepts
* Experience with SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 integrations
* Experience developing custom business applications that support data entry and workflow management
* Understanding of data governance and reporting best practices
* Preferred Time Zone: Eastern Time (US) preferred to align with global stakeholders

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem, with the ability to develop scalable reporting solutions and custom applications that improve visibility, operational efficiency, and decision-making. This individual should be capable of working independently, gathering business requirements from stakeholders, and delivering solutions in a fast-paced global environment.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
