Summary
Position: Programmer 3 GRC Administrator & Developer
Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid Onsite Mondays & Tuesdays required, NO remote-only)
Duration: 12 Months with possible extension
Interview Mode: In-person only (candidates must be available onsite)
Top Skills Required:
Python programming 2 3+ years (Primary skill)
API integration & automation (REST APIs) 1 2+ years
Database design experience 2 3+ years
Agile/Scrum methodology exposure
Risk Management / Compliance knowledge
GRC tools (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and enhance the State s GRC tool (Navex IRM/Keylight)
Develop Python automation scripts and API integrations
Design security control workflows and compliance automation
Integrate JSON/CSV data sources and support continuous monitoring
Collaborate with security, audit, and IT teams

Local candidates ONLY (within 1.5 hours of Lansing, MI)
