Lead DevOps Engineer

The Role

Responsibilities:

• The role provides actual cluster access, deploys and validates telemetry collection agents in client environments, confirms Prometheus persistent storage configurations and validates GPU node DaemonSEt topology including DCGM exporter configuration
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support application delivery and release management
• Build and manage infrastructure environments across development, test, and production
• Automate deployment, configuration, and operational processes using scripting and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve environment and production issues, ensuring minimal downtime
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous integration and continuous delivery initiatives
• Monitor applications and infrastructure using enterprise tools and proactively address performance issues
• Maintain documentation for deployment processes, environment configurations, and operational procedures
• Contribute to release activities, including branching, merge resolution, and code promotion across environments

Requirements

• Solid number of years of platform engineering experience with hands-on Kubernetes and OpenShift production work
• Deep NVIDIA GPU Platform experience – drivers, GPU Operator, DCGM, Device plugins, MIG familiarity even if the client is not using MIG
• Triton inference Server and vLLM operational familiarity – metrics endpoints, serving patterns, batching behavior
• Prometheus deployment and storage – design experience at scale
• Fluency in Helm, Kustomize, ArgoCD and GitOps delivery patternsHands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo)
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Shell scripting
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
