Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Traffic Associate Civil Engineer to join our Transportation team. This entry-level role focuses on supporting traffic engineering and site civil projects by analyzing roadway data, performing traffic impact studies, and assisting in the design of traffic signal systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in civil engineering principles, an interest in transportation systems, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver safe and efficient roadway solutions. This role provides an excellent opportunity to build technical expertise through hands-on project work and professional development programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collect and analyze traffic and roadway data using tools such as Miovision and related technologies.
2. Prepare traffic impact studies for developments affecting roadway infrastructure and access points.
3. Perform traffic capacity analysis and simulations using industry-standard software.
4. Assist in the design and modification of traffic signal systems using CAD tools in coordination with site civil plans.
5. Support transportation and site civil engineering projects with technical analysis and documentation.
6. Collaborate with internal teams and provide technical input for project planning and execution.
7. Ensure accuracy and quality in engineering deliverables and project outputs.
8. Apply creative problem-solving and sound engineering judgment to address traffic-related challenges.
9. Manage assigned tasks efficiently while meeting project deadlines.
10. Participate in training programs and professional development initiatives to enhance technical skills.
11. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to support project requirements.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Civil Engineer with focus on Traffic and Signal.
3. Strong experience in Design and Modified Signal Systems using CAD in coordination with Civil Plans.
4. Hands-on experience in Roadway Data Collection using Miovision and related tools.
