Delivery Program Manager

Our Client, a multinational telecommunications technology company is seeking a Delivery Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology programs spanning software delivery, network technologies (DOCSIS, Wi-Fi, 5G), and business operations for a multinational telecommunications technology leader. We are looking for candidates in EST and CST time zones.

Why This Role:
- Own end-to-end delivery for a major, multi-initiative program - with real influence over sequencing, funding, and prioritization decisions.
- Sit at the intersection of technology and business strategy, translating roadmaps into execution across software, DOCSIS, Wi-Fi, and 5G domains.
- Report to and partner directly with senior leadership - this is a high-visibility seat with executive exposure.

What You''ll Do:
- Lead the full program lifecycle - from intake and funding through delivery and stabilization.
- Own program-level budget, forecast, and milestone-based funding decisions.
- Align multiple Agile teams (Scrum/SAFe/hybrid) around a shared delivery cadence and quality bar.
- Manage cross-team risk, dependencies, and impediments before they become blockers.
- Partner with Product, Architecture, and Finance on prioritization, tradeoffs, and de-scoping calls.
- Deliver executive-ready updates on roadmap progress, investment health, and program risk.
- Mentor Project Managers and Coordinators, and raise the bar on program governance.

What You Bring:

- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master-s degree or MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in technology delivery, engineering, or program management; 3+ years leading large, complex programs or value streams.
- Telecom, broadband, cable, or mobile technology experience
- Working knowledge of DOCSIS, Wi-Fi, PON, LTE/5G, cloud platforms, DevOps, APIs, and SDN/NFV.
- Advanced Agile/Scrum/SAFe delivery experience across multiple teams.
- Proven ownership of multi-initiative budgets - forecasting, milestones, and investment tradeoffs.
- A track record of presenting financial and delivery narratives to executive audiences.
- PMP certification highly preferred;
- Comfort operating in matrixed, fast-moving environments.
