Role Overview\n

The Field Service Renewals Representative is responsible for maintaining and growing sales within an assigned customer base and geographic territory. In this role, you will focus on retention of preventative maintenance and service agreements, customer satisfaction, and growth through proactive account management and a customer-focused sales strategy.

    Maintain and grow sales within a defined customer base and geographical territory.

    Manage retention activities within an assigned service agreement customer base.

    Drive customer retention, customer satisfaction, and growth across the assigned base.

    Deliver increased sales against an assigned quota.

  • \n
  • \n

    Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and maintain detailed knowledge of key decision makers, equipment, service contracts, and account history.

    Partner with district operations to support and improve service delivery.

  • \n

    Identify customer needs and develop sales strategies that align with those objectives.

    Report progress and performance metrics to operations and corporate teams on a weekly and monthly basis.

How You Will Do It\n

    Follow Johnson Controls policies, procedures, products, programs, and services with consistency and accountability.

    Own an assigned service agreement customer base and manage retention activities with a clear focus on outcomes.

  • \n

    Build trusted customer relationships by understanding each account's decision makers, equipment, service contract, and service history.

  • \n

    Work closely with district operations to remove barriers and improve service delivery for customers.

  • \n
  • \n

    Use customer insight to shape sales strategies, improve retention, and uncover growth opportunities.

  • \n
  • \n

    Share progress and metrics with operations and corporate partners on a weekly and monthly basis, with candor and follow-through.

  • \n
  • \n

    Collaborate across teams and contribute with integrity, continuous improvement, and a team-first mindset.

Qualifications\n
    \n
  • \n

    High School Diploma.

  • \n
  • \n

    Technical aptitude with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Ace, and Report to Web.

    BA, BS, or a similar degree.

  • \n
  • \n

    2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience with a similar product, service, or industry.

  • \n
  • \n

    Highly motivated and success driven.

  • \n
  • \n

    Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly qualify opportunities.

  • \n
  • \n

    High degree of self-discipline.

  • \n
  • \n

    Independent, creative thinker.

We offer a competitive salary of $74,000 - $93,000 determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market data. This role also includes a competitive Sales Incentive Plan based on project, quarterly, and annual margin.
