OpenShift Platform Engineer

We are looking for an OpenShift Platform Engineer to build, manage, and integrate our enterprise OpenShift container platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in cluster administration and integrating enterprise services into the OpenShift ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and configure Red Hat OpenShift (OCP 4.x) clusters from scratch in BareMetal/
• Manage cluster upgrades, node scaling, networking (SDN/OVN), and storage configuration.
• Integrate OpenShift with LDAP/Active Directory for user authentication and group synchronization.
• Configure Okta as an OIDC/OAuth2 identity provider for cluster SSO and access management.
• Set up Splunk log forwarding from cluster nodes and pods; build dashboards for platform observability.
• Integrate cluster alerts and events with ServiceNow for automated incident and change management.
• Implement RBAC, Security Context Constraints (SCC), and pod security policies.
• Maintain cluster health, perform root cause analysis, and respond to platform incidents.
Required Skills
• Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift 4.x or Kubernetes in production.
• Knowledge of LDAP/AD integration and Okta OIDC configuration.
• Experience with Splunk log pipelines and ServiceNow ITSM integration.
• Proficiency in YAML, Helm, and Bash scripting.
• Understanding of container security and image management best practices.
