Job Details

We are seeking a talented Product Owner to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while playing a crucial part in shaping innovative solutions that impact millions of lives.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Product Owner on a Scrum Team, guiding the team towards project objectives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and end users to gather and understand their needs.
  • Create and maintain a well-organized backlog of user stories and features that meet the Definition of Ready.
  • Prioritize the backlog based on business value and ensure clarity in user story implementation.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and solution design meetings, providing updates and ensuring alignment with product vision.
  • Assess the work completed by the development team to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Embody the company’s culture and values while delivering exceptional customer service.

Skills

  • Expertise in Medicaid and DSNP Claims Domain.
  • Experience in capturing requirements in a healthcare claims setting.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from ideation to post-deployment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with CSP Facets.
  • Basic understanding of Agile Methodology.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
