Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with strong experience in Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and Guidewire InsuranceNow (INOW). The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable backend services, integrating insurance platforms, and developing high-performance APIs.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Develop scalable services based on Microservices Architecture.
Implement integrations with Guidewire InsuranceNow.
Build RESTful APIs and service integrations using modern frameworks.
Work closely with product owners, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Troubleshoot and optimize application performance and scalability.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Java development and object-oriented programming.
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and REST API development.
Experience designing and implementing microservices-based applications.
Knowledge of API integration, JSON, and web services.
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases such as MySQL or Oracle Database.
Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with Guidewire InsuranceNow integrations or configurations.
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum development practices.
