Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead
Location: USA (Remote)
Salary: Up to $120K/annum
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development expertise, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead development and implementation of Salesforce solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Design and develop custom Salesforce applications
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and deployment
Define and implement Salesforce architecture, strategies, and roadmaps
Lead project execution and manage complex workstreams
Drive end-to-end delivery across full project lifecycle
Work within Agile methodologies and ensure timely delivery
Build strong client relationships and contribute to practice development

Required Skills:

8+ years of experience in Salesforce development
2+ years of experience as a Technical Lead
Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and solution design
Experience in enterprise architecture and consulting environments
Ability to lead complex projects independently
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce Technical Certifications (Highly preferred)
Experience in end-to-end project lifecycle (implementation + support)
