Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Privileged Access Management (PAM) Architect with strong Project Management capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing PAM solutions while driving project execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery governance.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect, design, and implement PAM solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, etc.).

- Develop PAM strategy, roadmap, standards, and security architecture documentation.

- Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.

- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to onboard systems into PAM.

- Assess privileged access risks and define enhancements for security posture improvement.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and internal security requirements.

- Manage stakeholder communication, governance meetings, and expectations.

- Drive continuous improvement in PAM processes and automation.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of experience in IAM/PAM security architecture and engineering.

- Hands-on experience with CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or similar PAM tools.

- Strong understanding of privileged access governance, vaulting, session management, and credential rotation.

- Experience migrating or modernizing PAM platforms.

- Strong Project Management experience (Agile/Waterfall), including timelines, risks, and dependency management.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.

Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.

- CyberArk or relevant PAM certifications are a strong advantage.
