Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Network Engineer with strong expertise in AWS networking and load balancing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Elastic Load Balancers, analyzing application traffic across multiple network layers, and leading load balancer migration initiatives. This role requires a self-driven professional capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage AWS Elastic Load Balancing (ELB) solutions
• Analyze and troubleshoot application traffic across Layer 4 – Layer 7
• Lead and execute load balancer migration projects
• Monitor and optimize network performance, scalability, and availability
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and operations teams to resolve issues
• Provide support for network infrastructure setup, installations, and equipment handling
• Ensure adherence to network security and performance best practices
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Document configurations, processes, and operational procedures
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Network Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, especially Elastic Load Balancing (ELB)
• Expert-level understanding of network layers (Layer 4–7) and traffic flow
• Proven experience in load balancer migrations and implementations
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in network and application traffic issues
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AVI Load Balancer
• Experience in enterprise or large-scale environments
• Knowledge of network security and performance optimization
