You will be the Sustainment Support Engineer for the JASSM/LRASM Sustainment Team. Our team ensures the continued readiness of the Joint Air to Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) and the Long Range Anti Surface Missile (LRASM) families by integrating weapons, planning logistics, managing inventories, and overseeing Government Furnished Property (GFP).

What You Will Be Doing
As the Sustainment Support Engineer you will be responsible for driving depot level repairs, modifications, and refurbishments of JASSM and LRASM systems. You'll act as the primary logistics liaison for customers, coordinate material repairs and upgrades at both organic and sub vendor facilities, and provide data driven recommendations on spare parts procurement and system sustainment.

Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinate and monitor material repairs, retrofits, and upgrades across all vendor sites.
Serve as the point of contact for logistics inquiries, delivering status updates and technical advice to customers.
Perform end to end analysis of sustainment products-including concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal.
Conduct interface, timeline, requirements allocation, effectiveness, verification, cost/risk, and supportability studies.
Author and update Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) deliverables, Weapon System Sustainment Plans, and schedule documents for internal and customer review.
Execute depot level repair, rework, fault isolation, troubleshooting, and acceptance testing for mechanical, electrical, and structural subsystems as well as complete systems.
Document workflow progress and results in maintenance data collection systems in accordance with program processes.
Provide technical feedback on electro mechanical components to improve reliability and fleet sustainment.
Perform limited supply duties, including loading/unloading assets from shipping containers.
Safely handle hazardous materials and chemicals, using required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Maintain compliance with engineering drawings, quality assurance standards, environmental & safety directives, FOD/ESD protocols, and information system security requirements.

Why Join Us
You are a collaborative, analytically minded professional who thrives in a high tempo, technically demanding environment. If you enjoy turning complex data into actionable sustainment solutions and take pride in keeping cutting edge missile systems mission ready, this role offers you the chance to make a tangible impact on national security.
