Seeking an experienced Senior Report Developer to work as a Data Analyst and Dashboard Developer. This role involves analyzing complex datasets, developing interactive dashboards, and building scalable data solutions using modern BI tools and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in reporting tools, SQL, and AWS-based data engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
Design and develop dashboards using Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects, and Crystal Reports
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
Develop queries using Hummingbird BI Query
Build and manage data pipelines using AWS services (S3, Glue, Lambda, EMR, Redshift, Kinesis, SageMaker)
Design cloud-based data and AI platforms for advanced analytics and ML
Develop ETL/ELT workflows ensuring data quality and governance
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Troubleshoot and optimize dashboards and reporting performance
Document data processes, flows, and reporting standards
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in reporting and data analysis
5+ years of experience with AWS data engineering and AI platforms
Strong experience in Python, PySpark, and data structures
Hands-on experience with Teradata and ETL processes
Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects, Tableau, and BI Query
Strong knowledge of data visualization best practices
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts
Preferred Skills:
Experience in healthcare or Medicaid reporting
Knowledge of performance tuning in BI tools
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies
Understanding of data governance and compliance
