NS2 does not offer have manager's approval to transfer.This is a remote internship.We are seeking a motivated and technically curious intern to join our AIDO Observability team. This internship offers hands-on experience in maintaining and improving the observability, reliability, and performance of mission-critical systems in a secure government cloud environment. You'll work alongside experienced Site Observability Engineers and contribute to real-world projects that directly impact our Cloud Operational readiness.
Basic Qualifications: Familiarity with Linux or Unix operating systems
Programming experience with scripting languages and object-oriented languages preferred
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS)
Ability to work in a team/cooperative environment
Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills
Strong written and presentation skills
Self-starter with a "learn it all" mentality
Preferred Qualifications:- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, Splunk, or similar)
- Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Understanding of SQL for querying logs and databases
- Familiarity with configuration management (YAML, JSON)
Educational Requirements: Must be obtaining college credited degree or be a recent college graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15 - 62(USD) USD.
