Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Responsibilities:

An intern with the AI and Modeling Center of excellence will work in one or more of the following areas. Interns will be technically supported and mentored throughout their stay with KLA.

In this role:
  • Work with traditional and deep learning algorithm techniques to meet and improve results on KLA products.
  • Experiment with new and novel techniques to improve results or reduce compute cost of various modeling techniques.
  • Build tools for more efficient experimentation.
  • Manage data used for training and experimentation of AI and physics modeling systems.
  • Developing software tools and solutions for KLA products.

Qualifications:
  • Students working towards a PhD degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.
  • Must have research projects or hands-on experience demonstrating use of Deep Learning OR Machine Learning OR Image Processing OR Computer Vision technologies.

Base Pay Range: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour based on pursuit of a Ph.D.
