Job Description:
- Architect Generative AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Design semantic search engines capable of handling open-text queries, abbreviations, misspellings, and multilingual inputs
- Establish virtual assistant architecture trained on approved FAQs and knowledge bases
- Create intent recognition and recommendation engine architectures for Next Best Action capabilities
- Design deterministic, auditable AI behavior patterns with full traceability
- Architect content retrieval systems with intelligent tagging, pinning, and PRC-approved content filtering
- Define and maintain the overall technical architecture for AI-powered engagement platform including search, virtual assistant, adverse event reporting, and personalization systems
- Design scalable, compliant, and auditable AI solutions operating within healthcare regulatory guardrails
- Establish integration patterns for CRM systems, third-party provider data sources, and field routing mechanisms
- Create enterprise-grade architecture supporting semantic search, intent recognition, and multi-lingual capabilities
- Design orchestrated agentic AI systems with human-in-the-loop oversight
- Develop architecture for personalized engagement journeys and real-time decision systems
Experience: 10-15 years
Primary Skills:
- 10+ years of software architecture experience, with 5+ years in AI/ML systems
- 2-3 years experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- 2-3 years of experience in Azure AI search, semantic search, NLP, intent recognition, and recommendation systems
- 2+ years of experience with agentic AI architectures and orchestration patterns
- 2-3 years of experience with AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar)
- 5+ years of experience in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform) and microservices architecture
- Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- 3-5 yeras of experience in API design, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems
Secondary Skills:
- Design automated adverse event (AE) detection, triage, and reporting systems with predefined compliance workflows
- Ensure all solutions meet healthcare regulatory requirements and audit standards
- Establish human-in-the-loop oversight mechanisms for all AI decisions
- Create systems with full traceability, audit trails, and compliance workflowcapabilities
- Design data privacy and security controls for sensitive healthcare information
