Title: Salesforce compliance Operations support
Location: Riverwoods, IL- ONLY LOCALS NEEDED
Work Model: Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week
Duration: 12-month contract

MUST-HAVES
Salesforce or case-management experience
The resume should show hands-on tracking of cases, records, workflow status, reports, dashboards, approvals, or follow-ups.
Excel / reporting experience
The resume should show trackers, recurring reports, data cleanup, reconciliations, quality checks, SLA reports, KPI reporting, dashboards, or reporting ownership.
Waiver/exception/compliance request experience
The resume should show waiver processing, exception processing, approvals, compliance requests, rule-based requests, policy exceptions, or similar intake-to-closeout workflow.
Documentation accuracy
The person must be able to document findings, decisions, approvals, follow-ups, and process steps clearly.
Written communication
The person should have experience writing client/customer-facing, business-facing, or stakeholder-facing communication tied to compliance, operations, approvals, exceptions, missing information, remediation, or status updates.
Financial services or banking operations
The strongest candidates will have financial services, banking, payment, card, operational risk, regulatory support, or compliance operations experience.
This is a hands-on compliance operations role. The person will support day-to-day compliance work tied to waiver processing, exception processing, reporting, documentation, Salesforce/case tracking, Excel trackers, written communication, and follow-up.
This is not an IT role, cybersecurity role, infrastructure role, help desk role, software role, or general project manager role.
The manager needs someone who can process operational compliance work accurately, keep records clean, manage reports, follow up with stakeholders, and catch errors before they become bigger issues.
WHAT THE PERSON WILL DO
• Process waiver, exception, approval, or compliance-related requests.
• Track requests and workflow status in Salesforce or similar case-management tools.
• Use Excel to manage reports, trackers, reconciliations, quality checks, and operational metrics.
• Maintain clean documentation of requests, findings, approvals, decisions, and follow-ups.
• Support compliance monitoring and reporting.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams, clients, customers, or business partners.
• Manage high-volume compliance operations work without losing accuracy.
• Identify process gaps, documentation errors, reporting issues, or missing information.
• Escalate issues when something does not look right.
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency.
