Redhawk Auto Service is growing, and we?re hiring two experienced A-Level Automotive Technicians for our Mission Viejo location.
This is not a turn-and-burn production shop. We?re building a high-performance team of technicians who take pride in advanced diagnostics, quality repairs, clean workflows, and professional growth.

What You?ll Work On
? Advanced diagnostics and drivability concerns
? Engine performance, electrical systems, and module-level troubleshooting
? Brakes, suspension, steering, and complex repair workflows
? Preventative maintenance on high-end and daily-driver vehicles
? Collaboration with other senior technicians
? Occasional mentoring of B/C-level technicians, if desired
What We?re Looking For
? 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience
? A-Level diagnostic and repair capability
? Strong electrical diagnostic skills preferred
? Confidence working independently on complex repairs
? Clean, organized work habits
? Team-first mindset and pride in accurate, high-quality repairs
