Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the Experiment Manager project, which involves the implementation of Genedata Bioprocessor for Biopharmaceutical Development (BPD). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Biotech, Bioinformatics, Life Sciences, or IT, along with proven experience delivering complex COTS solutions in a regulated scientific environment.

This role requires close collaboration with scientists, technical teams, and business stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on managing change in a fast-paced scientific setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Experiment Manager project implementing Genedata Bioprocessor for BPD

• Apply SAFe / Agile project management methodologies to drive successful execution

• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Architects, and Data Engineers

• Oversee delivery of a COTS system, including integrations with existing enterprise platforms

• Act as a key liaison between scientific stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring alignment and clarity

• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and communications

• Support change management activities in collaboration with scientific and business users

• Ensure compliance with life sciences / pharma standards and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• Senior Project Manager with Life Sciences / Biotech / Bioinformatics / Pharma IT background

• Strong hands-on experience in SAFe / Agile project delivery

• Proven experience managing complex COTS implementations with integrations

• Experience working directly with scientists and research teams

• Solid understanding of Pharma / CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing & Controls) environments

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

• Ability to manage ambiguity, scientific change, and evolving requirements

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with Genedata Bioprocessor or similar scientific platforms

• Experience delivering projects in biopharma R&D or bioprocess development environments
