Lead Finance Systems Analyst - Oracle EBS

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Lead Finance Systems Analyst -Oracle EBS in Addison, TX.

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Financials Systems Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 Finance applications. This role partners closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to ensure system reliability, improve business processes, and support ongoing enhancements within a critical finance environment.

Responsibilities:
Provide functional support for Oracle EBS Financials modules including:
* General Ledger (GL)
* Accounts Payable (AP)
* Fixed Assets (FA)
* Cash Management (CM)

* Troubleshoot and resolve complex Oracle EBS production issues
* Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to gather requirements and implement system improvements
* Support month-end close activities, testing, and production releases
* Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate system changes
* Analyze and improve business processes, controls, and operational procedures
* Develop system documentation, reports, and training materials
* Deliver end-user support and training
* Identify opportunities to improve reporting, automation, and user experience

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of Oracle EBS Financials experience

Hands-on experience supporting Oracle EBS R12 Financial modules:
* General Ledger (GL)
* Accounts Payable (AP)
* Fixed Assets (FA)
* Cash Management (CM)

* Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, data flows, and application functionality
* Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex Oracle EBS issues
* Strong knowledge of finance and accounting business processes
* Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
* SQL experience for querying and troubleshooting data
* Experience supporting UAT, production deployments, and system enhancements
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
* Experience with Hyperion
* Experience documenting business processes and procedures
* BPMN or process improvement experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
