Hours at M-F 8-4:30 however must be flexible in changing hours as we re looking to extend hours which will include adding Saturday in our rotation in the upcoming months.
What You ll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Deliver polished, professional written and verbal communication
- Draft clear, concise, and solution-focused email correspondence
- Accurately document customer interactions in ServiceNow
- Navigate multiple systems efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Work independently while contributing positively to a small group dynamic
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure consistent service standards
Requesting:
Call center experience
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong written communication and professional email drafting ability
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a small team environment
Strong typing skills
Microsoft Office proficiency
ServiceNow experience (preferred)
Technically savvy and quick to learn new systems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Adaptable, dependable, and self-motivated
Schedule & Flexibility
- Monday Friday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
- Flexibility required as business hours expand
- Future rotation may include:
- Saturdays (8:00 AM 4:30 PM), or
- Alternative shifts (11:00 AM 7:00 PM or 12:00 PM 8:00 PM)
- Extended or weekend scheduling begins after training and demonstrated independence
