Job Details

We're looking for a Superintendent / Project Manager to lead luxury residential remodeling and renovation projects throughout Salt Lake City and the Wasatch Back.

While our company is known for building exceptional custom homes, we're seeking someone with a genuine passion for high-end remodeling who wants to help spearhead and grow our remodeling division. The ideal candidate has experience managing both ground-up luxury residential construction and complex renovations but is particularly energized by the unique challenges and client interaction that come with luxury remodels.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day field operations on luxury remodeling and custom home projects
  • Manage schedules, sequencing, subcontractors, budgets, and project execution
  • Coordinate closely with homeowners, designers, architects, and vendors
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the construction process
  • Ensure quality control, safety, and adherence to plans and specifications
  • Help develop processes and contribute to the growth of the company's remodeling division
  • Track project progress, budgets, and updates using Buildertrend (or similar software)

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing both luxury custom home builds and high-end residential remodeling projects
  • Strong preference for someone who enjoys and specializes in luxury renovations and remodels
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and design documents
  • Proficiency with Buildertrend or similar construction management software
  • Excellent communication skills and a polished, client-facing approach
  • Experience collaborating with designers, architects, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
